PEPPERMINT PIE 
2 tbsp. butter
3 oz. pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1 qt. Blue Bell peppermint ice cream

Melt butter. Add chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Add cereal and nuts. Mix well. Press into 9 inch pie pan. Chill until firm. Allow ice cream to slightly melt. Fill shell with ice cream and refreeze Pour any chocolate sauce over slices of pie.
