SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. steak
1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. minced onions

Brown steak that has been pounded, floured and seasoned with salt and pepper. Place in large 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix next 7 ingredients. Pour over meat. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. This is good for "deer steak", meatballs and chicken.
