HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste

In large skillet brown the ground beef. Drain off any fat. In large pyrex pan combine hash browns, ground beef, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Pour 2 cans of mushroom soup over the top and top it off with the Cheddar cheese. Put a tent of tin foil over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until hash browns are tender.
