1 pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello 1 pt. whipping cream 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla flavor 2 (9") graham cracker crust 1 can cherry pie filling or other pie filling to use for topping (blueberry is good) Make Jello following package directions. Do not use ice! Chill until soft set. While Jello is chilling, cream cheese and sugar until blended together in a separate bowl. Add vanilla. Whip the whipping cream in a separate bowl until it peaks. Mix lemon juice into the Jello then mix into the cream cheese mixture. Add the whipping cream with all the other mixtures. Stir until well mixed. Pour half into each pie crust. You can make your own graham cracker crust if you wish. Chill for 2 hours. Top with chilled pie filling before serving. |
