CRANBERRY SALAD | |
Grind 1 lb. cranberries, add 2 cups sugar. Let mixture stand overnight, then drain juice (well). Add: 1/2 c. nuts 2 c. red grapes (halved) 1 c. crushed pineapple (drained) 1/2 pt. whipping cream (or equivalent of Cool Whip) Mix together with cranberry mixture. This salad keeps well in refrigerator. |
