MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE 
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flour
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) whipped topping
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

1. Mix butter, sugar, nuts, flour until creamy. Press in bottom of 9"x13" glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes until light brown. Cool.

2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and fold in 1 cup whipped topping and spread on crust.

3. Beat pudding with milk, spread on top.

4. Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts or/and shaved chocolate on top.
