MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. tub whipped topping
2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 c. coconut

First Layer: Cream together to form dough, butter, 1 cup flour and 1 cup nuts. Press into bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until light brown. Cool.

Second Layer: Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup topping. Spread over cooled crust. Sprinkle with coconuts and nuts.

Third Layer: Prepare pudding with 3 cups milk. Immediately pour over cheese layer.

Fourth Layer: Spread topping over pudding. Sprinkle coconuts and nuts. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
