APPLE, OAT, AND BRAN SCONES 
3 c. flour (all-purpose)
1 c. oat bran cereal
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix well (above). 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 egg

Combine (above). Add 1 chopped apple. 1 tablespoon butter (melted) to brush top of Scone. Add liquid to dry ingredients lastly. Add apple. Pat and cut into rounds. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 425 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
