ANNIE'S HAM BAKE 
3-4 med. potatoes, peeled
1-2 c. cooked, cubed chicken or ham
1 pkg. frozen broccoli or 2 c. fresh cooked
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 can broccoli cheese soup
1/4 c. milk
butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder
Fried onion rings (canned)

Peel and parboil potatoes. Let cool and slice thinly. Cook broccoli until tender-crisp. Grease bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Layer potatoes on bottom of pan. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Top with onions. Add ham or chicken. Top with broccoli. Mix soup with milk. Cover casserole with soup mixture. Bake for 45 minutes for 30-45 minutes. Top with onion rings during last 5 minutes of cooking time.
