PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 (20 oz.) can of crushed pineapple, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. chopped walnuts, or enough to roll the cheese ball in

Combine above ingredients except the nuts. Refrigerate about an hour, than shape into a ball. Roll cheese ball in nuts and refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
