PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
2 tsp. seasoned salt (Lowrys)
2 c. chopped pecans, divided

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pepper, onion, pineapple, salt and 1 cup pecans; mix well. Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining pecans to cover. Chill 1 to 2 hours.

Serve with crackers.
