HAWAIIAN CHEESE BALL 
1 lb. cream cheese
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. pecans, finely chopped
1/4 c. green bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
Seasoned salt

Combine softened cream cheese, pineapple, onion, pepper, 1 cup pecans, and seasoned salt. Chill well and mold into ball. Roll cheese ball in remaining cup of pecans. Serve with assorted crackers.
