CRUST: 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1 egg 1 stick butter, melted 1 capful almond extract FILLING: 3 eggs 8 oz. cream cheese 1 box powdered sugar 1 capful vanilla Blend together crust ingredients; press into a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex pan (bottom and sides). Mix together filling ingredients and pour into Pyrex. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Can be served warm, cold, or room temperature. This can be made in a food processor in about 10 minutes! |
