BRISKET OF BEEF 
1 fresh brisket of beef
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup

Place meat into heavy-duty aluminum foil. Pour whole package of soup mix (dry) on meat. Seal foil tightly. Place package of meat into covered roaster and place into 350 degree oven. Cook for 3 hours.

This recipe makes its own gravy, which can be thickened according to personal taste. It is best to cook day before or earlier, so fat can be skimmed from gravy. Slice at angle (not too thin). Place slices in fresh foil, with gravy, and reheat to serve.
