BRISKET 
1 piece brisket (flat cut 3-4 lbs.)
Salt and pepper
Onion salt
Garlic salt
Celery salt
Paprika
2 c. catsup
2 c. water
1 med. onion, sliced
Fresh mushrooms, sliced

Sprinkle seasonings on meat. Place onion slices on top of seasonings. Mix catsup and water together. Pour over meat and cover tightly with foil. Place in refrigerator for at least one hour (all day or overnight is better!) Bake tightly covered for 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Remove cover and top with mushrooms and cook, uncovered, for another 1/2 hour. Slice meat in thin slices on the diagonal.
