RANCH BACON PASTA SALAD | |
This recipe is easy to adjust in smaller or larger proportions and it tastes great! 1 (1 lb.) box vegetable pasta (prepared to box directions) 1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp (about 8 slices) 1 (16 oz.) bottle ranch dressing (I use Kraft) fresh grated cheddar or bag of grated cheddar (or other, if desired) 1/4 to 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped Prepare pasta to box directions and rinse in cool water, drain. Fry bacon crispy and crumble. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until everything is well coated in dressing. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Submitted by: Lindley W |
