CHATTANOOGA CHEESE SPREAD 
4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
6 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper

Combine cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Add pineapple, crumbled bacon and green pepper; mix well. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes about 5 cups.
