BARBECUED BEEF 
2 lbs. sliced lean beef
3 1/2 - 4 1/2 tbsp. sugar
Sliced mushrooms
1 lg. onion, sliced
Lettuce
6 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. green onion, sliced
1 tsp. garlic, minced
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, fried
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. rice wine for cooking
Pinch of black pepper

Place beef in a bowl with sugar and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer. Mix soy sauce, green onion, garlic, pepper and rice wine and add this to the beef. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes.

Remove from the refrigerator and mix the marinated beef with sesame oil and seed. Stir fry beef in a pan or BBQ over a charcoal grill. Serve with lettuce and rice.
