BARBECUED HAM SLICES | |
1 c. pineapple juice 1 c. apricot nectar 1/4 c. prepared mustard 1 tsp. whole cloves 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 c. grenadine syrup Simmer for 5 minutes and cool. Marinate 4 slices center cut ham (trim off excess fat before marinating) overnight. Cook over a medium fire on a charcoal or gas grill being careful not to burn. |
