HERB BARBECUE SAUCE | |
1 tsp. minced fresh savory 1 tsp. minced fresh marjoram 1 tsp. minced fresh tarragon 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1 med. onion, minced 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/4 c. orange juice or lemon juice 1/2 c. white dinner wine 1/2 teaspoon if dried. Mix all ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Marinate fish or poultry 2 hours. Broil, baste. Enough to marinate 2 fryers or 1 whole salmon. |
