MAKE AHEAD MASHED POTATOES | |
5 lbs. potatoes, cooked & mashed 2 c. sour cream 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese Salt & pepper to taste Combine all ingredients, mixing well and place in casserole dish. Refrigerate until ready to use. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May be stored in refrigerator for a week. |
