BAKED SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
2 (6 oz.) cans crab meat
2 cans shrimp (1 lb. frozen)
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar pimentos, diced
1 c. celery, chopped
Sm. can mushrooms, drained

II:
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk or cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 to 1 c. raw rice, cooked

Mix all ingredients in each of the two groups, then blend together. Place in a 2 quart buttered casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees, though it does not affect it to stay in oven longer. Amounts of green pepper, onions, pimento and mushrooms can be increased, if desired. Serves 6 generously.
