CHERRY CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES 
36 vanilla wafers
36 foil cupcake holders
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can cherry pie filling

Put vanilla wafers in the bottom of the cupcake holders. Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla with a mixer. Pour in cupcake holders about 1/2 way up. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and top with cherry pie filling. Store in refrigerator.
