LO-CAL CHERRY CHEESECAKE
CUPCAKES
 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling
1 box vanilla wafers

Mix first 4 ingredients in blender or food processor. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each midget cup cake pan lined with paper. Add cream cheese mixture to 3/4 full in each cup. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool and top with cherry pie filling.
