RUSSIAN TEA COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Chopped pecans (fine)
2 c. confectioners' sugar for use after baking

Cream butter and confectioners' sugar; add vanilla, flour, salt and nuts; mix well. Form into dime sized balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. While still warm, roll in confectioners' sugar. After cooling, roll again in sugar.
