PANCAKES 
1 slice low calorie bread
1/4 c. Egg Beaters
2 tbsp. skim milk
1 pkg. Sweet 'n Low
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Insert steel blade in food processor. Break up bread, add to processor and pulse until bread crumbs. Add rest of ingredients and process until combined. Spray non-stick skillet with PAM. Divide batter into three pancakes. Top with unsweetened applesauce, if desired. Serves 1. Low cholesterol, low calorie breakfast.
