JALAPENO BEAN DIP 
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans jalapeno bean dip or 2 sm. cans refried beans with jalapenos
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 med. avocados, mashed
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can black olives, sliced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 med. tomatoes, diced

Peel, pit and mash avocado with lemon juice. Add mayonnaise or Miracle Whip,, taco seasoning, salt, pepper and sour cream. Spread refried beans on shallow flat pan (a pizza pan is ideal). Spread avocado mixture on top. Mix tomatoes, olives, green onions and spread over avocado mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!

This recipe is delicious!!! We made some for home and my husbands work. Instead of jalapeno bean dip, I replaced it with regular bean dip and chopped of fresh jalapeno's. You can keep the seeds in, which you don't notice. Adjust it to add a bit of heat to the dip. Good recipe, thank you.
