QUICHE A LA ADAIR 
Pastry for 9" pie shell
6 Brown & Serve sausages
6 asparagus spears
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter

Line pie plate with pastry leaving a high edge. Arrange in sunburst pattern, the raw asparagus spears and sausage on top of pastry. Sprinkle 2/3 of Swiss cheese over sunburst. Mix and beat with a whisk the eggs, flour, salt, nutmeg and milk. Pour over cheese. Brown butter and pour over the top. Sprinkle on the remaining cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees.
