SPINACH QUICHE 
1 (9") unbaked pie shell
1 pkg. thawed Stouffer's Spinach souffle
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced drained mushrooms
3/4 c. cooked crumbled Italian sausage
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix together all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
