BEEF PAPRIKA 
2 lbs. stew beef
4 tbsp. oil
1 c. sliced onion
3/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
Dash red pepper
3 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. water

Fry stew beef (1" cubes) in the 4 tablespoons oil. Drain meat and put in a large pot. Add 1 cup of water, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, salt, mustard, red pepper and 2 more cups of water. Cook medium low for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Add thickening (1/4 cup water and 2 tablespoons flour).
