MARINATED COLE SLAW | |
1 bell pepper 1 med. onion 1 med. cabbage head 3/4 c. vinegar 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. oil 1 tsp. salt Mix sugar, oil, vinegar, salt in a covered jar. Shake well. Shred cabbage, pepper, and onion. Pour liquid mixture over vegetables and toss. Cover container and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator. |
