OVEN BEEF STEW 
2 1/2 lbs. stew meat
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Potatoes
Carrots
Onions
Salt and pepper

Put stew meat into 9x12-inch pan. Mix onion soup and mushroom soup together. Pour over meat. Cover pan tightly with foil. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Take out of oven and add potatoes, carrots and onions. Cover with foil again and cook another 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Salt and pepper.
