ONE DISH CHOW - MEIN 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, sliced
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 c. minute rice, uncooked
2 cans cream soups
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 bunch celery, sliced
1 lg. can water chestnuts
2 cans water
Chow mein noodles

Mix all, except noodles, bake at 350 degrees until celery done and sauce thickens. Approximately 1 hour. Serve with chow mein noodles.
