1 1/2 lbs. hamburger 1 med. onion, chopped 1 c. chopped celery 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 c. warm water 1/2 c. chopped green onion 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 can bean sprouts (lg.) 1 can Chinese vegetables 1 can water chestnuts Pepper 1 can crisp chow mein noodles Brown meat. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well. Add all rest except noodles. Put in casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover. Bake 30 minutes more. Add noodles. Bake another 15 minutes. |
