CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. drippings
2 c. water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Brown beef, onion and celery in drippings, 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients except noodles. Turn into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with noodles and serve.
