PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 pkg. yeast
1 1/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
4 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1 can tomato sauce
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 clove chopped garlic
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Toppings of your choice

In large bowl mix yeast, 1 cup flour and salt. Add water and oil. Beat about 2 minutes on medium speed with mixer. Add enough flour by hand to make a workable dough an knead 5 minutes. Let rise until double then spread out dough on a cookie sheet or pizza pan, greased. Combine tomato sauce, seasoning, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and pour over dough. Sprinkle with cheese. Add toppings. Bake at 475 degrees for 20 minutes.
