2 c. sugar
1 stick (4 oz.) butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 c. peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring sugar, butter, cocoa, and milk to a boil for 3 minutes. Add peanut butter, oatmeal, and vanilla; mix well. Scoop out onto wax paper; let set until cool.
