BAR-B-Q SAUCE 
1 qt. regular Open Pit barbecue sauce
Red pepper seeds to taste
1 tbsp. Coleman's dry mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
10 oz. beer (will bubble)

Combine all above ingredients and let simmer 1/2 hour. Spread generously on ribs, chicken, etc.
