CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crabmeat
2 eggs
2 tbsp. minced onion or 1 sm. onion
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. powdered bread crumbs
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Dash of salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Spray pan with Pam non-stick spray. Use ice cream dipper and dip onto the pan each crab cake. Broil 5-10 minutes. WATCH CLOSELY! Or deep fry crab cakes at about 380 to 400 degrees.
