HADDOCK IN MUSHROOM-CHEESE SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. haddock fillets
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sherry
Paprika

Cut fish into serving pieces and arrange in baking dish. Mix soup, cheese, and sherry and spread on fish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake in 375 degree oven about 25 minutes or until fish flakes. Serves 4-6.
