NUTTY CRUST AND TOPPING 
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
2 egg whites, beaten
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. strawberries & juice, partially frozen
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Vanilla & sugar

Mix nuts, all purpose flour, brown sugar, butter. Spoon into 9"x12" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool completely before adding topping.

TOPPING: Mix together 2 beaten egg whites, 1 cup sugar, lemon juice and strawberries. Fold in 1/2 pint whipping cream that has been whipped with vanilla and sugar to taste. Pour over cooled crust. Freeze. Serve frozen.
