1 c. butter
1 sm. (sm. curd) cottage cheese carton
2 c. flour

Mix and refrigerate overnight. Roll into pie shape on powdered sugar (divide in half) two circles. Cut in stripes, roll and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Top with powdered sugar frosting.
