MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 head broccoli
1 basket cherry tomatoes
3-4 carrots, cut into julienne strips
2 or 3 stalks celery, diced
1 basket fresh mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) Italian dressing

Prepare vegetables. Pour Italian dressing over all. Let marinate in refrigerator a day or two. Drain before serving.
