MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can LeSeur peas, drained
1 (16 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans, drained
1 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 c. green onion, finely chopped
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 sm. jar chopped pimento, drained

In a saucepan, bring to a boil:

1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. water
1 c. sugar

When liquid mixture is cooled, pour over mixed vegetables. Marinate overnight, drain and serve.
