“ICED ALMONDS” IS IN:

ICED ALMONDS 
1 cup whole almonds, blanched
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. salt

Heat almonds, sugar and butter in heavy skillet over medium heat. Stir constantly until almonds are toasted and sugar is golden brown, about 15 minutes. Stir in vanilla.

Spread nuts on sheet of aluminum foil; sprinkle with salt. Cool; break into two or three nut clusters.
