CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP 
Use Danish Dumpling Chicken Soup recipe. Omit the potatoes and dumplings. Add homemade noodles at the same time as vegetables. This is very good served over mashed potatoes.

NOODLES:

2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. milk or water

Stir eggs, salt and milk with fork until mixed (do not beat). Add enough flour to make a stiff dough (about 1 cup). Roll out on floured board until very thin. Use plenty of flour on the board and on the top of the dough. Cut into 2 inch strips. Stack and cut thin strips from the ends. Add to boiling soup. Boil until tender.
