1 lg. pkg. Nestle's milk chocolate chips
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. nuts

Melt chips and peanut butter. Add nuts and marshmallows. Pour into buttered 8 or 9 inch pan. Refrigerate until set.
