FUDGE KRISPIES 
1 (11 1/2 oz.) bag milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
4 c. Rice Krispies

Combine chocolate, butter, and corn syrup. Over low heat, stir together until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and sugar. Add Rice Krispies and mix until well coated. Spread in a 13x9x2 inch pan. Chill until firm. Store in refrigerator.
