CREPES ENSENADA | |
12 thin slices ham 12 tortillas (flour) 1 lb. Jack cheese cut into 1/2" sticks (1/2x1/2x3) 1 can green chilis cut into 1/4" strips Cheese sauce Paprika Place 1 slice ham on each tortilla. Put 1 stick of cheese and 1 strip chili on and roll up. Place in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour cheese sauce over the crepes to cover all. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. CHEESE SAUCE: 1/4 lb. butter 1/2 c. flour 1 qt. milk 3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. MSG, optional Pepper Melt butter and blend in flour. Add milk, grated cheese, mustard, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until smooth. |
