HAM CREPES 
1 dozen sm. flour tortillas
12 thin ham slices
1 can green Ortega chilies
1 lb. Jack cheese

SAUCE:

1/2 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 qt. milk
3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar
1 tsp. salt

Roll the first 4 ingredients together and cover with the cheese sauce. Bake covered 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
